Refund policy

At reetrivaaj, every saree is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure exceptional quality.

We accept returns or exchanges only if:

• You receive a damaged or defective product.
• You receive an incorrect item.

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original packaging and tags.

Refunds, once approved, will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

Please note that slight variations in color may occur due to photography and screen settings and are not considered defects.
