Are any purchases final sale?
Yes. As our sarees are carefully handcrafted and quality-checked before dispatch, sale items, customized orders, and products without original tags are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
When will I get my order?
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days across India. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor your shipment.
Where are your products manufactured?
Every reetrivaaj saree is thoughtfully sourced and crafted by skilled artisans in Rajasthan, India. Our collection celebrates traditional techniques such as Bandhej and Leheriya, preserving the region's rich textile heritage while supporting local artisan communities.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping across India on all prepaid orders. Any applicable shipping charges for special services or Cash on Delivery (if available) will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Will the saree look exactly like the pictures?
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in colour may occur due to different screen settings and the handcrafted nature of the fabric.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available in selected locations. Availability will be shown during checkout.
